CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:

a) You must list "All Austin" as your "Rental agency or locator service" on your rental application, and tell the leasing agent that we referred you.
b) You must lease any property from our property list for 6 months or longer.  Some properties not listed may also qualify, so please contact us.
c) You must inform us of your lease within 30 days of leasing your new apartment.
If you do not meet these conditions, we may be unable to pay a Rent Reward.  Further details are provided below.

If you lease an apartment from our website, and use the online claim form above, the Rent Reward amount is typically determined as 5%-20% of the rent amount, up to a $200 Rent Reward.  This amount varies by property, whether you are escorted by a locator to the property, your lease term, rent amount, and special rates.  The Rent Reward amount may be higher or lower if you choose to utilize the full service assistance of a professional apartment locator.  In many cases, it is beneficial for you to meet with a locator, and be escorted to the properties.  You must be escorted to properties with an asterisk by their name, or the lease may only qualify for the lowest Rent Reward amount.  In order to find you the best rental deal possible, some properties found by a locator that are not listed on our website do not qualify for the full Rent Reward.  You may always ask us how much the Rent Reward is for any property, and request a written copy of our guarantee to pay you the Rent Reward.  To find out the amount of the Rent Reward for a property, please contact your designated apartment locator, or Contact Us here
